CANCELLATION POLICY (DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC)
You can cancel you reservation free of charge 24 hours before arrival. Any booking that is cancelled later than 24 hours before arrival will be charged entirely.
All Non-Refundable tariffs cannot be cancelled and/or transformed into refundable tariffs, as its name predicts.
How to cancel?
If you wish to cancel you refundable reservation, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please note that your cancellation must be confirmed in an e-mail by Quinta do Rapozinho. All prices and any availability stated on our website or in this confirmation may be mistaken. We hold the right to cancel your reservation in such a case after notification.
All Non-Refundable reservations must be paid in full for the reservation to become confirmed. Before that, your reservation is not completed or secured.
On all Refundable reservations, the guest must make a payment of 50% or more of the total amount of the reservation, in order to confirm it. Before that, your reservation is not completed or secured.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY (RGPD)
Quinta do Rapozinho is implementing all necessary procedures to safeguard the full compliance of the new General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), which introduces important changes in the collection and processing of personal data.
In order to comply with RGPD's requirements, Quinta do Rapozinho may only send you communications (in any form, including mail and electronic mail) for the purposes described below, in the event that we obtain your express consent:

In order to optimize our hotel services during your stay in our hotel and if you want us to inform you about QdR news, we ask that you give your consent to the option below and you can withdraw it at any time.
QdR undertakes to use your personal data only for clearly defined purposes, and it adopts various technical and organizational security measures in order to protect the personal data that are available to us against its dissemination, loss, abuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of illicit treatment.
A booker has to have 18 years old or more to make a reservation.
There is no age restriction for guest to stay in Quinta do Rapozinho.
For children aged 0 to 5 years old (included), the stay is free of charge, even when an extra-bed or cot is needed (provided by us).
For children aged 6 to 12 (included), when an extra-bed is needed, an extra-cost of €15/night will be charged, instead of the extra-cost of €25/night that will be charged for guests from 12+ years of age, when that same extra-bed is needed.
All pets, independently of race, age or size, are accepted and welcome in Quinta do Rapozinho. However, an extra-cost of €7,5/night will be charged (mainly for extra-cleaning needs).
All pets owners must comply with the most mundane rules, such as cleaning all the poop (inside and outside of the rented house, as long as inside the Quinta do Rapozinho property).
All pets owners must prevent the pet from damaging the rented house, and/or any or all items, materials and objects in it and/or inside of Quinta do Rapozinho property.
When that occurs, the guest is obliged to pay for the maintenance, repair or replacement of the damaged item.
All pets, when outside the rented house, on a public or shared area, must be leashed/chained and supervised at all times. Any accident made, created or suffered by the pet is it’s owner’s responsibility.
At the swimming-pool area is forbidden the entrance of all and any pet, with or without leash/chain, independently of the time of the day, the size of the pet or any other specific characteristic of the pet. The same rule applies to all the interior shared areas, such as the reception building.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
At Quinta do Rapozinho we don’t have a 24 hour reception.
So, the check-in period starts at 4pm and ends at 07pm and the check-out period starts at 09am and ends at 12am.
What to do when arriving on a different period of the day?
When it is not possible for a guest to check-in during the defined period, the guest must inform us of that occurrence, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The guest can call us to our advertised phone number or send us an e-mail to email@example.com, stating the arrival expected time. Then, the guest must wait for a reply, confirming the reception of the request and explaining the new check-in procedures, that will be clear, easy and fast to operate.
ITEMS, BAGGAGE/LUGGAGE - STORAGE AND LOST & FOUND
During the stay, guests are, at all times and without exception, responsible for all their belongings, items, luggage and baggage, vehicle, pets, shoppings, and any other type of material owned, managed or brought by them.
Any and all entry into the house occupied by our guests during their stay by our employees, contracted or sub-contracted personnel, service providers or external entities - public or private - can and should be accompanied by the guest, who therefore maintains all and any responsibility, regarding damages, thefts, and / or disappearances.
We can provide storage for the guests baggage/luggage, however, without assuming any responsibility for it, regarding its physical integrity or the occurrence of a theft or disposition.
Any item found in the guest house after the check-out and prior to a new check-in, mainly during the housecleaning, will be catalogued and store in our central storage room for the period described in the Portuguese law. However, we do not take any responsibility for the physical maintenance and integrity of the items and/or it’s functions.
SWIMMING-POOL AREA POLICY
In accordance with the Portuguese law, our swimming-pool has the size and depth needed for it NOT to have any kind of vigilance, bodyguard or supervision.
As stated above, the swimming-pool area is fully fenced and all pets and animals are totally and completely forbidden in there.
All guests are uniquely and totally responsible for their children, its wellbeing and its behavior. At no time or period the adult guests can leave or left their children alone in the swimming-pool area. It’s forbidden to take any type of glass material, item and/or object to the swimming-pool area, nor any food or drink.
There are foods and drinks available, as also tableware, all durable, ecological and plastic. Guests can help themselves and point to the notebook available on site. All products consumed by guests will then be charged at check-out.
TOILETRIES, LINEN, KITCHENWARE, APPLIANCES, TABLEWARE, FURNITURE
All items available in the houses and all property of Quinta do Rapozinho must maintain its physical integrity, function, style and appearance.
Our guests can use them (some need pre-approval by our staff), but will not, in any case or circumstance, own any of the above items.
Any item stolen, misplaced, broken or damaged in any way, will be charged to the guest.
